Wow I just tried this Friday August 15,2019. And the dumplings came out just perfect. The sifting of the ingredients makes it perfect. I always wonder how to get the dumplings to not be too tough and thank you you're an angel

Thanks for sharing this I made this yesrterday and took to a party yesterday and it was almost finish before they serve the food. i used to make it but it did not come out good but wirth your recipe and using my dutch pot it was a hit at the party.
