It assumes 50 dex & faith, +25 lightning bottle with rolling sparks ash of war, and as many scadutree fragments possible. Here’s where the rest of the damage comes from: Buffs Howl of Shabriri: +25% Golden Vow: +15% Armor Rakshasa set: +6% Black dumping helm: +10% Talismans Shard of Alexander: +15% Lightning Scorpion: +12% Perfumer’s Talisman: +15% Aged One’s Exultation: +20% Physic Lightning Crack Tear: +20% Bloodsucking Tear: +20% The bonuses from dumpling and aged one require being inflicted with madness which means applying howl 4-5 times. Buff rotation = howl, golden vow, howl, howl, howl, howl, fp flask, physic, walk through the fog gate. You can even play sloppy w/o aiming at the ground to 2-4 shot most bosses. It destroys everything.

Thank you for posting this I want to say it's really good to know that the weapon is not broken by any means it just got rid of the buffoonery that was the overlapping hit boxes. If you actually play with strategy the perfume bottles are still wildly powerful.

Nah, doing rune level 1 damage when you enter the DLC is a valid complaint; as is having to go on a fetch quest for the fragments to make the game feel normal again. Should've been different. Most are gonna feel forced to look up the fragment locations to not waste their time. Poorly designed

Tysm. I wanted to go a perfumer build but still keep my true to my faith build. It's insane how much damage it does currently, I wouldn't be surprised if it was nerfed eventually. (or maybe there are more builds like this we just haven't found yet and this is actually the norm, who knows) Still works as of writing this (patch 1.12.2), at least on my end. For anyone curious, for the Final Boss, I didn't use Madness Seal or Bloodsucking Cracked Tear. Just a +25 Finger Seal & Opaline Hardtear at Scadutree 18 and it worked just fine. Not in NG, Similar stats to the video, at least in terms of the spikes (Vigor, Dex, Faith). Also didn't use the Uplifting Aromatic because I wasn't sure how many attempts I'd be running. Took a few tries to get used to the moveset and the hitboxes. Just L2 and aim down like the video suggests, and all the hitboxes burst at once. Super cool stuff, excited to see more!

its a glitch since from the name, its supposed to roll on the ground and keep going forward instead of moving the direction you aim they probably going to change it so if you aim down or against wall it just keeps moving instead of staying on the same location. or change it so damage triggers like only once or 3 times every few seconds on the same enemy or something like that

ironically this is the technique I just used to take down the final boss like an hour and a half ago. Rolling sparks is sort of OP on all of the elemental perfumes outside of the spark perfume where it seems fairly balanced. Im assuming it's because the perfume is based on bullet AoW scaling rather than raw AR but I can be wrong. The build it's self is incredible. I didn't figure it out till yesterday. I slept on the perfume :/

@@marioalvarez2387 I tried a build with the frenzy flame perfume and after the nerf the frenzy flame does more damage compared to the lightning one so I just threw on the fire scorpion charm instead of the lightning one. 17K damage per cast compared to the nerfed lightning one that does either 12-7K damage.

Just so you know, all perfume bottles as well for base game (like spark) are all infinitely purchasable now if you get the right merchant/ bell bearing. Before hand though there was some farming spots next to a grace to pick them up, but that's boring for sure

so i copied the build to a T down to not putting any extra points in dex or faith and dumping anythign extra into vigor. even did the exact order of buffs shown in the last clip (including uplifting aromatic) and rolling sparks did piss all (tested against saint of the bud bty for reference). only around 10k per usage of rolling sparks if each explosion connected. please tell me theres something im missing here

Yeah, I mean, honestly it's not like we are speaking about a game like path of exile, that have a look t of possible combinations between skills/equip etc. Elden ring is very basic in terms of customisation, so I guess probably this same build has been already played by a lot of people that accidentally discovered how strong a thing is. @@Dr.Vinheim To be fair, he's not doing anything amazing here. The amount of buffs he's using, multiplied by the scadu tree fragment produces this. Go and use the same weapons outside the DLC and things will change noticeably.

Your build has been taking off all over the shadow realm! I’m seeing dumpling summons pop up and it’s so epic. I’m going to try this one. Tried the frenzied perfumer version but it still doesn’t hold a candle (or a flaming eyeball) to the lightning perfume build. I’m a faith strength hybrid. If I respec to a faith dex hybrid will I get higher damage? I wondered if I can get the same effect with just faith. Hope all is well. 😁

I love all these zoomers coming in here complaining that it doesn't work, seriously having the attention span of a goldfish and not even putting the bare minimum of effort into this build and immediately complaining because they have to do something for it, absolutely pathetic. I have the exact same armour set, lightning perfume bottle +25 with rolling sparks ash, same talismans and tears. Using the same buffs in the same order (golden vow, aromatic, tears, madness). I'm level 232 with 83 faith 83 dex. Tried this build on Consort Radhan and best I can do is 9k damage before I get killed. Tried this with and without summons, with and without target lock with similar results. What am I missing?

You’re either taking too long getting through the first phase and your buffs are dying, or all the explosions aren’t hitting the boss… you still need to get off the entire ash and you don’t exactly want to aim it directly at your feet. Aim at the bosses feet from a few feet away. I wasn’t hitting those crazy 30k damage shots but I could do a consistent 17-20k on ng+ 3 and beat him in 3 AOW casts in about 30 seconds

for everybody saying it dosent work: i just two hittet messmer with it ez clap (in ng+). i got everything from the build except the hat and it still worked great. i have faith 75 and dex 60 dont know how much it matters. most important is really to aim at the floor when extremly close to the boss (so every explosion hits him) and the buffs: i used madness, flame grant me strentgh and golden vow, without the buffes i only did half the dmg. (i also only used my +9 Erdtree Seal to cast the buffs) maybe it helps somebody

Since the Perfume bottles were announced i knew those were my new weapons, i love crafting and using consumables, o a bottle that doesn’t run out was perfect, it carried me through all the DLC, with 60 dex and 70 faith and proper talismans you won’t go back, try using the one handed running heavy, it is awesome for PVP as well

remember that uplifting aromatic perfume and golden vow are both aura buffs. If you want the shield make sure to use the perfume first so you'll still get bonus 15% from golden vow( uplifting perfume is only physical and won't work for this). Also rallying standard is better than golden vow.

Build is insane. I didn't even use the full thing and still made easy work of Rhadan. Just used the weapon with ash of war, perfume talisman and lightning scorpion with the two incantation buffs and he fell in about 3 attack both phases.

It is always hard the first time, but when you learn more about the game, it gets easier. For the DLC, you can always collect Scadutree Fragments and Revered Spirit Ash first before fighting any of the bosses. Explore first, fight later.

To be honest i have no clue what I'm doing wrong I watched the video and I'm using the same talismans, my perfume bottle has the right ash of war and the only thing I'm missing is the helmet. Every time i hit the boss it does like max 9k damage and he one shots me idk what to do at this point :(

You have to use lightning or frenzy flame. Also don’t summon allies since that buffs the boss health. 40% of his damage is coming from the tear. You might need to check your stats because the lightning itself scales with faith. 9k is still ridiculous damage btw… don’t lock on to the bosses, get close to them and aim at their feet. You want all the explosions to hit the boss. And of the perfume clouds that land on the ground will immediately detonate instead of rolling. That’s why the damage is so crazy with all these buffs

Yeah, not sure how realistic this is. I’m on my second playthrough and thought I’d give this a blast, see how “broken” it is. Followed your build to the letter, except I’m a higher level so when I respec I have 70 faith and 65 dex and that one shot of Radahn simply isn’t possible, I’m taking off around the AR of the weapon, which is 1307 so how you’re managing to one shot him is bullshit. And yes, I’ve tried doing it right up close and from a distance and neither makes a difference except if you’re too close it barely hits

Since this is a glass cannon build, I improvised a little and used the Opaline Bubbletear to negate that first hit, which honestly really ties everything together.

If you want a more tanky version of the build - all I did was swap out the flask bloodsucking tear for opaline hardtear/ and the scorpion charm for ritual shield talisman. Was able to complete every single boss in DLC with +6 scadutree blessing.
