Thank you Tim. I used to think I was alone in my love of crawling. My neighbor's were concerned I was crazy. I used to crawl around the neighborhood. Now I just crawl in my back yard. Thanks for the continuing inspiration and motivation.

Tim your channel has been with me for over 6 years and you are still one of my favourite movement gurus. Your innovation in ways to move is ceaseless and genius. When I developed CPPS and had to give up pretty much all of your typical exercise modalities I was devastated as exercise was such a massive part of who I am, but when I discovered Original Strength you showed me ways I could move again without being in pain and it's no exaggeration to say you gave me back a big part of my life. Thank you and God bless you Tim
