I will say, as an Orisa player that picked her up because I mainly find her cute (the prance emote, the puppy emote, her laugh emote I mean come on), this nerf is very much welcome. Getting God cycled by the enemy Orisa was extremely frustrating. Feels like every time they got their cooldowns with some convenient timing, which was usually right when they were about to die, so they can back up, get double pocketed, and proceed to NEVER. DIE. At least now there’s a much higher chance to kill Robot Horse Mom even WITH double pocket.

Okay, hear me out. Tanks have their main sustain/survival ability nerfed so that the cooldown is longer but the cooldown is reduced by doing damage. This would be the simplified version but I think it would incentivize active tank gameplay

the quote on quote ult nerf isnt barely nerfed like the 10% says, since the dmg was lowered the amount of points you get for doing dmg is lowered for your ult so your ult time is nerfed from a range of 25-33% in total

Orisa is still broken imo. I got 17k dmg, 31, 5, 0 in QP and I don't even play tank. It was a ten minute game and our highest stat dps had 15, 0, 4 with 8 k damage. I suck at tank. I have 10 hours total on tank and I've played orisa for 8 games. That being said, it is QP. We lost 😭
