As an avid animal lover, I am appalled at that. I'm sure he could clearly see that it was an animal enclosure, and if you didn't hire him, why is he spraying near your yard? I would definitely ask your neighbors if they are the ones who hired him and try to talk to them about it and call Orkin's main office.

We called, and the neighbor did hire them. They should never have aimed it over our fence.
