I think I’d love to see you tackle Metroidvanias like hollow knight or guacamelee. It would be a great fit for your channel since you can talk about how other people tried that formula and how those same skills are being used in future games like dread. I also wouldn’t mind more silly content like “Metroid cast goes to the dentist”. It wouldn’t require much work and it would be a nice character building video. Whatever you do I know you’re going to succeed and I hope the best for you.

Honestly, I’m glad you aren’t going to flood the channel with Dread stuff, as I’m going to be bombarded by others as I already have been. Fresh, new ideas and content are always welcome and I may even watch the vids even if I’m not familiar with the franchise. Good luck with your content creation!

can't remember when i found this channel. maybe random recomendation after i watch a fusion TAS speedrun. i do know that the reason for why i stayed, where the tiny skitts and the lovely chibbys. at this point i don't care what this place brings, besides the podcasts and streams (haven't really found a moment to get to them) i've watched everything. And i do not plan on changing that anytime soon.

Excited for the future of the channel! When you mentioned the podcast and having other people on it I got an idea, would you consider maybe having me on there? I understand if you know other people in the community and would rather have them, but I’m a recent Metroid fan and have played all the 2Ds and I’d love to share my opinions! I’ve also been trying to grow my channel for many years and I’ve been really inspired to create content related to Metroid and rebranding my channel and socials, so it would mean a lot to me to share it with other Metroid fans. It’s all good if not but it would means SOOOO MUCH if I could be on your podcast at some point 😁 Anyways, keep up the awesome videos! At the time of writing this comment Dread is 6 hours away!!!

Thank you for clarifying your position regarding spoilers! I’ve been VERY cautious towards ads since the DOOM eternal ad campaign spoiled a part of the experience to me last year. Now that I am much more careful to these things and Metroid 5 will be released soon (still can’t believe it), it is much more “dangerous” to browse the internet and it is good to have a spoiler-safe Metroid media. TLDR: Spoilers bad yet growing in number but Albert makes no spoilers, therefore Albert Good.

I know this has likely already been done, and I haven't dug around to find it yet, but what about a video on Metroid cameos or appearances in other series? Like Samus's appearance in Super Mario RPG, and the Metroid cast in Smash and how well done you think they are and how well the series as a whole is represented through stages, spirits, trophies, and whatnot. Maybe even a video on Metroidvanias in general, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the other half of the genre, Casltevania, personally. It and Metroid are two of my favorite series. I'm glad at least Metroid is coming back.

My plans are to unsubscribe from any metroid channels and add one of their videos to a playlist. That way after Christmas assuming I get the game I'll have an easy way to avoid spoilers and find the channels again.
