I watched a lot of reels the your past training with Paul, and all of them made fun of you as you said un this video, because you we're struggling to keep a fast pace , while Paul looked relaxing with amazing strides. I think those people have not idea who Paul Chelimo is. Thanks Luis for your videos and I wish the best for your next try to improve your PR in half marathon.

I watched Chelimo compete live at the Stockholm stadium this April. It was disappointing to see him lose touch with the leaders very early in the race. Every bright light must eventually dim.

Paul does not need to justify himself. He needs to work harder and plan what he is going to do when he is not competing. Make a business as running coach or something else. Video wise: where is actual training? Just chatter and no work out 😀😃
