Exactly my valid point. We cannot and will not let let the forces of darkness overpower our lives. And will not let let them ruin our relationship with God and Jesus. Think of the Saint Anthony the Great. He was a well known champion of Christ. And whatever temptation that Satan threw at him. He fought back real hard and told Satan and his minions to back off. He probably said, "Get this straight Satan, I will not give in at all. Nor will I work for you." Afterwards, Satan and his minions were powerless and had no choice but to flee.

I think fasting will become very important practically speaking due to our food supply being compromised as eluded to around the 8 minute mark in part 1 of this video series. If the elder was saying this in the late seventies and we can certainly see the truth of it in our current day, I am of the opinion that being practiced in fasting will be of great benefit during the times of struggle that are to come. Personally I pray for the spiritual gift of prayer that replaces the need to eat.

Very good messages, very insightful! A while back, I was getting harsh warnings within myself, about how radical the times of lawlessness have become.. sadly, I don’t know why, but I feel as though I lost most of those insights. So again, this video is very helpful. I think I’ve been slipping into low-awareness of the times because I do not have the same “oomph” or urge to take action and repent. These times really are like a “Spiritual Armageddon,” but I struggle to decern the times to fully embed the reality of it within myself. I hope God will bless and enlighten you in this series content!! I really do hope!!!

@OrthodoxWisdom Sorry, this might be a lousy question - I did try to look around the internet and see where I could donate to the starving people - but I could not find any website that might be good. I’m afraid those sites might put my donation into COVID-19 vaccines: and use it upon “health for poor countries.” ...but, I was wondering, if you knew any good places/websites to donate AND would have nothing to do with the vaccine? I heated in the video, and it is true, a lot of my neighbors (though they are in very distant places), are poor/starving, while I am like the “rich man,” not poor, nor starving and rather have furniture, and things like that... (as it is described in the gospel) so I just wanted to know how to give to my poor neighbors - and not be like wicked/merciless rich man, who was described in the gospel. If you could send a good link/website, not linked to COVID vaccines, it would really appreciated!

Thank you for this brother. I found it helpful. The only thing that was problematic is his speaking of an eternal separation from God. I understood our belief (as opposed to the western notion) to be eternal suffering (not separation, since God is everywhere) from the Light, Love, Life that is God, which is experienced as burning by those who rejected that Love even unto the end, while God is seen, known & experienced as Light, Love, Life by those who lived in Him & in whom He lived, while here. Until our death, there is hope of repentance/returning/turning back toward Him & also the possibility of being lost. Thus the need to be vigilant until the end. Until the 2nd Coming, the Church prays for the salvation of all, knowing not all will be saved, due to God's respect for the freewill He gave all, which He honors & will honor.

This is my understanding as well. When he says “separation” I assume he means it in this sense, not in the sense that the damned suffer in a place where God is not present.
