I have to thank him for making me want to learn fingerpicking and alternative tunings. His music changed my life. True talent never dies. Thanks for sharing!

I hung out with Jack for a couple years in Philly at "Hey Dave" guitar store just off of South Street. He made it look so easy. Jack would stop in to hang out with other fingerstyle guitarists, like David A. Pearson (the store's owner) and Larry D. Brown (Grey Reverend). They'd play the handmade guitars and fill the room with unbelievable music. What a beautiful thing to behold. Jack, you are missed!

He goes from John Fahey to Davey Graham, yet makes it all his own. What a beautiful musician in every sense. Shit, he even looks like Fahey!

Looks like Fahey little brother.

Goddamn I miss Jack. Seems like only yesterday we were discussing the pros and cons of getting a vasectomy on our way to get beers at Joe's Smoke Shop. Who cares about that? The world misses his exceptional playing, my personal remembrance notwithstanding...
