Hi Phil. I want to increase independent toe mobility for general gymnastics ability and monkeying around. Plus I've seen people able to pick things up off the ground with their feet and I think that would be fun 😋 I have already got my big toe moving independently to the other four. Any advanced tips to gain control over one little toe at a time or is it simply the same principle in play of practicing to only move a single toe at a time? Thanks for the week guys. Finally caught up with the orthotic series, awesome stuff. I have flat feet and have usually always trained barefoot without issue Just wanted to know what your opinion is for orthotics in relation to further up the kinetic chain such as knee and hip alignment? I notice when I’m standing for long periods of time my lower back may start to hurt but when I actively sole crunch it creates a foot arch and I get some relief. However, it’s pretty hard to maintain a sole crunch for hours at a time

Hey Kevin … thanks for the feedback. Orthotics are the same no matter what body part you're trying to fix. If there's a permanent deformity, i.e. leg length discrepancy etc. then you'll be best adopting a permanent solution … anything else, our opinion remains that orthotics are a temporary solution.

To find healing from the exercises do I stop using orthotics immediately or use them gradually less?
