I followed the same method and it was good until my last pickle, I'm staying in a very hot place, I thought this method won't work but this method really helped me and my family loved the pickle and we are following the same method again and again, thanks a lot for the yummy recipe

Vanakkam mam, I used Himalayan rock salt in this recipe (as I do not have normal rock salt) it's been a week and I still see the salt is not dissolved. Appreciate if any suggestions for dissolving the rock salt.
