Hi sir, you've been a great inspiration for me.. Architect by profession but love the art of cooking. Though I come from a family where Biryani is loved cherished n is the only go to menu for any event, I ve been drawn towards our traditional South Indian cuisine. I have hunted for several years for authentic sambar recipe from my iyyer friends n their mom's.. But when I tried it never turned out that way somehow.. I was always disappointed that I couldn't cook that authentic sambar which is my all time favourite. I happened to stumble upon ur recipe one day and from then I have tried so many of ur recipes and it has been a hit. Now I have started a cloud kitchen (small though) which caterers only to my locality. I offer lunch meals n all my meals are cooked following ur recipes.. Thank you sooo much. I've been able to fuel my passion.. Lots of love n thanks
