Bethesda/microsoft should offer him a contract for fallout 5. The Mysterious Singer. Every now and again he pops up and serenades the Wasteland Wanderer and Dogmeat with an awesome and haunting song. The Wanderer cries and Dogmeat howls along in perfect harmony. I never knew my favourite video game franchise needed this, but now I realise what has been missing all these years!

Why reduce the guy to his sexuality? It that all that matters?
@TheGoferboy
@TheGoferboy 4 жыл бұрын
@@vitaminmc6086 It's not ALL that matters by a long shot but it still does matter. Gay representation in genres that aren't necessarily the most open towards LGBTQ+ artists (For example: country music) is important to highlight, and his original songs definitely do not shy away from the gay so I think it's fair to say Orville Peck wants us to talk about it

@ezzong 4 жыл бұрын
@@vegandolls yes, on the opposite of the spectrum a lot of amazing technical singer ends up being nowhere in their musical career. The not-so-great singers is working hard in making up their flaws by improving their songwriting i guess, which in the end matters more in making the art.

Even though his vocal chops aren't as overwhelmingly powerful as Whitney Houston or even Dolly, his delivery is just so damn good that the song still carries the same emotional heft. He knows what he has, and his unironic love for classic country music really make him a special and unique talent in his own right.

If that outfit works for him by all means keep it. But as a fan and ‘just for me’ it’s past time to move on. It’s like ‘Kiss’ meets the octopus dude from ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’, meets the ‘leg lamp’ the father won in that Christmas comedy movie. I guess it’s those crazy tassels, so distracting. I do like the retro cowboy look though, if that is any compensation.

Another take on a great song...I love his version as much as I did the ladies' versions. Every song can be interpreted differently.

Love the laugh at the end, like he saw the reaction of the people around him and thought oh yeah I forgot I can do that. Lol.

My mom said that if Roy Orbison and Elvis had a kid who could sing it would be this dude 😂 i didnt catch the elvis echo until she mentioned it. I really love Orville's voice! He really makes it his own.
