My Sister Taught My Japanese Husband to Surf in the UK (and it went exactly as you’d expect 🙈)

We learnt to surf for the first time in the UK without an instructor and it went basically exactly as you’d expect 🙈. Watch my sister and her boyfriend teach us two beginner surfers how to ride the waves and see our attempts to hang ten and not wipeout/ eat a mouthful of Welsh seawater!

I mean kiwi voicing us all with of course he would be good, but kiwi did so well too. Also before I moved to Japan I didn’t get why people said Britain was so green but it really is, also one van life for another van life. Also what is it with kiwi girls being with guys who are naturally good at stuff ( he filmed and surfed ) I am so happy making memories in the UK together ❤️❤️❤️

Teaching a Japanese SNOWBOARDING 🏂 ,Skateboarding and Surfing 🏄‍♂️ 🌊 are similar to Teaching a Chinese Table tennis, badminton or Teaching a korean archary or short track skating ⛸

There are so many great Japanese surfers! Kanoa Igarashi, Rio Waida, Mahina Maeda, Emerick Ishikawa, Shino Matsuda, and many more! They surf all over the place in Hawaii, Bali and the rest of Indonesia, Tahiti, Spain, Portugal, France, and many other place. You can do it! start with the right board size (7ft and up) and the rest come naturally, but don't give up.

I live in California and skateboard as a kid. I wish I took to surfing but it the cost of a board and getting to the beach was a little difficult. Looks like fun! Enjoy. be safe and stay healthy!
