I was there for the first time that year and rode on the tri motor that same day also!! I was in heaven! Absolutely amazing place if you're an airplane lover. It's amazing weather and the people are also! No littering, no rude loud obnoxious people that the police have to be there to keep In line or any of that. Just amazing people. Just wish the heck I had a gal like her to share it with!

Yes, she is very beautiful, but that’s not what caught my eye. She is a total double for my mom’s youngest sister. Growing up she was only 9 years older than me so she was more like my sister than my aunt. My point is everybody has a double somewhere in the world.

I really pity the ATC controllers at OSH. Trying to get everyone lined up and spaced out for landing. Find a plane with performance specs close to you and follow them in. No comms can be a PITA , but imagine the time they save. Just wave your wings and follow instructions. It helps to have a couple extra sets of eyes on board with that much traffic around you, but the trip is totally worth it! Enjoyed your videos, you have a new subscriber here!
@wagonmaster19742 жыл бұрын
Cool video! Appreciate the ride along. Emily, hang on to Aaron. His cautious nature will be a great aid in your travels. Good call to not play with the weather. IMC is no fun, especially in unfamiliar BUSY airspace! One of the first things I learned, many years ago, about flight [I started at 14] is that is by far better to be on the ground wishing to be up in the air than to be in the air, wishing you were on the ground. Peace!

Curious. Where do y'all get the money for planes and racecars and trailers and boats and such, and all the storage, maintenance, and insurance and licensing required to live in that world?. I realize you got incredibly good value out of the $5k cabin cruiser, and added value to it for reasonable investments of cash and skills and time. But how do you have time for all this, and where does the startup capital originate? What's your secret? You don't behave like trust fund babies. You don't speak like trust fund babies. (not the wife anyway) How do you manage all this equipment on top of your nine-to-five jobs that allow you to contribute honestly to the American economy and pay the taxes that support our troops? How do you do it?
@flyingsparksgarage2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the questions and being kind and using your heart and you head to ask the things that you wonder about! In short, we’ve worked really hard and delegated our money to stuff that makes us happy! 😂 We bought our house when we were 19 & 23. It was paid off a couple years ago. We’re mid 30s now! That’s fun. It is a very small and affordable little cottage and we only have one car payment being the Audi. It was only 11k when we bought it so again, affordable. Roxy the GTO was my first car at 18, paid off a long time ago! Again, we both worked a lot to pay for our house and cars! Same goes for the airplane which we bought and paid off in 4 years- it costed about half of what folks pay for a new pickup truck 😂 We’ve been at KZbin for 6 years now- and this is now our full time income! So excited about it ☺️ The main source of revenue is AdSense (a portion of the ad revenue that youtube gives us from the ads that play on our channel) and brand deals. Working with companies like Continental Tires, CRC, Advance Auto and so on- all products and companies we hustled relationships with, work really hard to deliver for and earn their marketing dollars! But, being self employed does kick our ass in the tax department… seems as though the government wants to take almost 40% of what we make. So. There’s that. We’ve got lots to learn but it’s worthwhile!!! Sure appreciate your kindness, support and watching our videos!
