"When two lovers are really open to each other, when they are not afraid of each other and not hiding anything from each other, that is intimacy. When they can say each and everything without any fear that the other will be offended or hurt.… If the lover thinks the other will be offended, then the intimacy is not yet deep enough. Then it is a kind of arrangement, which can be broken by anything. But when two lovers start feeling that there is nothing to hide and everything can be said, and the trust has come to such a depth where even if you don’t say it the other is going to know, then they start becoming one." ~Osho: Intimacy; trusting oneself and the other

OSHO needs to keep in mind: they didn't just stick Him on a cross, real quick-like. They beat Him, they made Him carry a large cross for miles, beating Him all the way there, with Him falling over and over again. He probably had huge gashes through which He lost a lot of blood, not to mention the nail holes which were not common for people crucified. I imagine He bled out pretty quickly, with the whole process quickened by the crucifixion.

Super icón 🤔 Think it should have been more wise if he stayed by his "state of meditation", as everything he said regarding the crucifixion of Jesus, were unBiblical (untrue, false). The truth is in the Word: John 19 & 20 plus other books. Also, Jesus did not lived 120 yrs. He was 33 when He laid down His life willingly on behalf of mankind, well knowing He will be raised by the Glory of His Father. Blessings!

If I recall correctly, not only was he tortured, beaten, and forced to drag a large wooden cross through the streets (enough to cause heart failure when added to the crucifixion), but he was also pierced through the side with a spear. Now, unlike Osho, I wasn't there. But I'm guessing that the resulting blood loss would be enough to kill someone. Now, whether the accounts in the Bible are accurate is another story.

Apparently this 'wise shaman' never read the part where the Roman soldier took his spear and drove into Jesus side to make sure Jesus was dead. Pontius Pilate ordered that the legs of those hanging on the crosses be broken. This command was given in order to speed their deaths. After breaking the legs of the two thieves, the soldier decided to not break Jesus’ legs. Instead he took a spear and pierced Jesus’ side. He did not use a sword, since Jesus would have been hanging above the soldier up on the cross. It was obvious that Jesus was already dead, so the soldier pierced Jesus’ side with the spear in order to verify that Jesus was truly dead. When the soldier pierced Him, water and blood came out. The mixture of water and blood occurred for one of several reasons: a) the crassamentum (the heavy, red corpuscles) and the serum of the blood had already begun to separate, b) Jesus’ lungs or stomach had filled with water and blood and the spear pierced the corresponding organ, or c) the water came from the pericardium as the result of a coronary rupture. These Romans were professional executioners.

Not to mention, the idea that he never really died and just kinda performed another miracle involving expelling his spirit from his body and then calling it back, kinda messes up the Christian belief system, especially considering the part where almost all of Paul's letters mention that he DIED for our SINS so we wouldn't have to BURN in HELL for our mistakes

The problem with probabilities is that there’s still a lesser, and the lesser is never explored
@nothinginteresting97073 жыл бұрын
You manage to touch the whole meaning of this story he tells, but at the same time failed to apply. This is one way masters make you question your own believing. You said It your self. He's speaking of something he'll never comprehend. That's the whole idea behind of this statement of his. Do you really think people would believe him in this. Or he would expect people to believe him on this. Neither. It's a seed. To question the self believes. In your statement, Your logic collapses when you say he'll never comprehend, which is true. But the same time, how would you know the existing story is a true. only because something was written and accepted by the majority it isn't the reality. If you argue no it's a fact for centuries and history, so as islam, buddhism, or anything else. So how do we know who says the truth. Not just Jesus, any religion story we have in every religion tales. And that doesn't mean the history lies, but most of the people just choose to blindly follow anything have massive attention, truth or false. Seed is to question your self, how do I know. That's the idea. Do not take these kinda Master's word literary. There's always something deep in those. I really don't think even his own disciples would really understood what he was trying do. I think his followers believed him and others questioned him.

You don’t have to die to give meaning in life Christianity assumes we all are sinners to begin with that is not correct, my belief is we all have divinity in us but we don’t realise that, Jesus may be one of them who had some realisation like so many other saints before him and after Jesus is just another human like all us but special You can’t kill a divine!
@@sivarajaratnam8052 Any one who say they are without sin are a liar, Everyone sin no matter who they are as humans are burn into sin. Lying, stealing, killing, worshiping other gods/ idols worship are sins.

Jesus were whipped, he was hungry, thirsty,he carried the cross where he was crucified, he had fractures of bones and the soldiers speared just imagine if you will not die in that case, your not wise for me. John 19:1-2,17,29-36 [1]Then Pilate took Jesus and had him whipped. [2]The soldiers made a crown out of thorny branches and put it on his head; then they put a purple robe on him [17]He went out, carrying his cross, and came to “The Place of the Skull”, as it is called. (In Hebrew it is called “Golgotha”.) [29]A bowl was there, full of cheap wine; so a sponge was soaked in the wine, put on a stalk of hyssop, and lifted up to his lips. [30]Jesus drank the wine and said, “It is finished!”Then he bowed his head and died. [31]Then the Jewish authorities asked Pilate to allow them to break the legs of the men who had been crucified, and to take the bodies down from the crosses. They requested this because it was Friday, and they did not want the bodies to stay on the crosses on the Sabbath, since the coming Sabbath was especially holy. [32]So the soldiers went and broke the legs of the first man and then of the other man who had been crucified with Jesus. [33]But when they came to Jesus, they saw that he was already dead, so they did not break his legs. [34]One of the soldiers, however, plunged his spear into Jesus' side, and at once blood and water poured out. [35](The one who saw this happen has spoken of it, so that you also may believe. What he said is true, and he knows that he speaks the truth.) [36]This was done to make the scripture come true: “Not one of his bones will be broken.” No man can survive in such case, he will totally die. And jesus didnt went to india lol. Acts 1:6-12 [6]When the apostles met together with Jesus, they asked him, “Lord, will you at this time give the Kingdom back to Israel?” [7]Jesus said to them, “The times and occasions are set by my Father's own authority, and it is not for you to know when they will be. [8]But when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, you will be filled with power, and you will be witnesses for me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” [9]After saying this, he was taken up to heaven as they watched him, and a cloud hid him from their sight. [10]They still had their eyes fixed on the sky as he went away, when two men dressed in white suddenly stood beside them [11]and said, “Galileans, why are you standing there looking up at the sky? This Jesus, who was taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way that you saw him go to heaven.” [12]Then the apostles went back to Jerusalem from the Mount of Olives, which is about a kilometre away from the city.

Jesus clearly fulfilled his mission by dying on the cross. By all standards of having his heart pierced open by a spear by all standards of the physical body he was dead; but yet no the spirit of God did not die but Jesus ressurected in the flesh body fully whole and transcendent.

Yeshua did not die on the cross...Yeshua as a young boy practiced the 'death and resurrection many times in preparation for his crucifixion 'it was a role' he and his family knew that one day in the future would come..It was a role to show humanity that we can all die and be reborn...It was a symbolic lesson to humanity.🙏

There is alot of things i may call questionable about Mr. Osho's theory. The fact that his followers took him from the tomb is hard to believe when their was a stone covering the cave and romans guarding the entrance. And if you reasearch how people die on the cross, you would know that suffocation is a large portion of this death trap, if jesus was unconsciouse because of loss of blood how would he have survived being caried to the cave without medical attention----if jesus is that human...

It's quite remarkable how some people would simply put thier ideas without any proof. Imagine, so many writings from different people state the same thing. This subject is the one and only thing that has been passed on from our ancestors, in such abundance and all over the world. May the Lord forgive you in Christ's name.
