Honestly this got blew way out of proportion. He's only a bit under age, just over a year. As long as they weren't drinking before playing it's honestly no issue. What Mourinho meant is that, he wants to coach players he feels are fit for the club. He doesn't want the owner involved in coaching matters. Remember in the interview he made in his first Chelsea spell. If Abramovic was to interfere in his job we would be last in the league and if Mourinho were to interfere in business matters Chelsea would make losses. So he doesn't want to be told what style to play, what players to play, what players to buy. He wants what Sineone has. That is 100% trust in him as a coach and being provided with the necessary resources that will enable him to succeed as a coach.

Honestly speaking ,these owners have made mistakes ,nobody is denying that hut they have made some good things too e.g signing players like Jackson/ palmer / gusto/ petrovic , moreover acquisitions of the set piece coach and now this medical personnel are also very welcome. Moreover the recent news about the FFP and all tell us that chelsea may get a transfer ban in the coming years ,so the owners craze for buying extra players to stack up is also starting to make sense now ,maybe just add a few experienced quality players in the summer and we will be good to go
