These experiences and times me and my friends experienced during this period will live with me till my dying day. Nothing can ever replace these moments in time they were so special. I remember one night we couldn't get in the Haceinda so we went round the corner to konspiracys and rocked to Mike Pickering playing.😀

Fascinatingly, the bassline-sound on this version of T-Coy's Carino sounds much better than the studio recording to my ears. :-O

Brilliant, I was working in a record shop at the time for 808 State's management, Music Mania, in Altrincham. From watching this I realised that it all happened so quickl;y. There's kids in there with Roses T-Shirts on with crap haircuts...No time to get the feather cut or the Ian'John locks, just get the T-shirt and will your hair to grow quicker!!!! x

Fascinatingly, Happy Mondays remind me a bit of early Can (in sound/sonics only) ;-)

They definitely were inspired by them. Both bands loved their tropical influences. In my opinion can did a lot of what the Mondays did way earlier!
