I was just introduced to Ozark during the pandemic and binge watch all 3 seasons in one week I am obsessed! I love all the characters and loved seeing Laura as Wendy grow strong. My favorite all time character is Ruth!!! Her sayings and accent just say with you. I am sad the pandemic has halted production on season 4 but I can't wait! Julia Garner is fantastic... I love her accent that she worked hard to get. I have tried to get it also. Her speech is fast compared to mine, so I am trying to copy that also. Watching all seasons of Ozark for a second time and recommend it to all fans. The subtleties lost in binge watching have been discovered and Bateman is by far the best director in all seasons. By the time you see it twice you empathise, identify with and become immersed in the characters lives that it's hard to leave the Ozarks! Who would think? :-) Cheers Bateman! at the end of last season it looked the the two women,Wendy and Darlene, were taking control but then they threw Ben in the mix and it changed course. By the end, Ben threw Wendy off her game and Darlene took control. Darlene now has an asset in Ruth, who knows too much about her enemy, the Byrds.

It’s funny, the only thing I ever knew Laura Linney to be in, was the opening credits of Downton Abbey, lol! She must have done some work for PBS, because right before Downton Abbey would come on, she would say “I’m Laura Linney, and this is master class”😂😂 But who knew she was such an awesome actress! Hands down my two favorite actors of this show are Julia Garner (Ruth) and Janet McTeer (Helen Pierce). I was bummed when she was killed off the end of Season 3. I liked her. Strong woman, witty, and I just found her attractive. Tall and intelligent, calm. Ruth is a good looking woman and her accent man.... I have a new and different respect for Laura Linney. Watching her story of finding her husband and having her child was dope hands down. She is the definition of patience and having the happy ending you dream for. I didn't like her character as Wendy trying to take the business from Marty Byrde though. This is the best show on Netflix since Breaking Bad. Going to the movies is overrated. You can sit in your own home and see some good ass movies on Netflix. Respect.
