To delay the advance and deterioration we can only do precise exercises tailored to strengthen certain muscles, your hips, you our quadriceps, hamstrings, calf’s, only keeping on moving is the answers for some. Also, try, yoga, clinical Pilates, physical therapy, water aerobics abd other conservative treatments if you don’t want surgeries 😊! Myself, I’ve got OA and I’m trying hard in PTs .
