This is so touching to watch. My grandma passed away 13 years ago. She was also a very good cook. Christmas was always the best when she was still alive. She makes good embotido too and her other dishes are so good. She grew up in Bulacan. And what's weird is tht we call her "Mommy Lu" 😭 your mom reminds me of her. I miss her and her cooking.

Aaa Filipino also said "Bawang" For garlic. But in Indonesia, we said two types of bawang. Bawang merah for red onion and bawang putih for garlic. Anyways, Mama Lulu, you really made my day. It's a bit weird if we translate it word by word. For example, Indonesian called "Rumah Sakit" for hospital. But If I translate it word by word that would become ILL HOUSE 😂
