So, void space is a sea of imaginary numbers. Does that mean Sakura could use this method to change the planet textures naturally since she have affinity for imaginary numbers?

From my understanding, she can bring bits and pieces of imagery numbers into our texture, using shadows as a conduit. But since most of her power came from the grail and Angra Mainyu, she can no longer use them at the scale we've seen, so I doubt she can effect the textures in any meaningful way. @@kyleroman2744 Technically true that BB maximized capability can only be exercised in Moon Cell digital space. She can still influenced real-space (reality) at ease. Though the effects is lessened but a fraction in a small area is enough for BB to dominate that area as her personal territory.

I think looking at the potential applications of simple magecraft and how far you can take them, as well as the base logistics and maybe their tiers of complexity would be cool. While you covered shirou emiya, his applications of the material transmutation spells and his custom Tracing are rather narrow, and there is another great example of overspecialization turning into a game-breaking spectrum of abilities: Darius Ainsworth.

Gil is meh. Plot armor and inconsistencies everywhere. And his fanboy delusion didn't help either. His shield for example, can be bypassed, or even crushed through entirely. It's after all is just a shield. Example, FSN cast, which character it would help agaisnt? Shirou? Just use some anti-shield sword. Cu? It literally a reality altering curse that reverse cause and effect. Saber? Yeah, no way in hell it can block Excalibur. Rider? Good luck blocking eyes of petrification with that.

@@ancy1205 wow that argument is so flawed. Medusa he can use the shield percues killed gorgan with. Not the weaker Medusa but gorgan. One. Cu he beat up in fsn that argument is done with. Artoria couldn't get through his armor until she got so close to use it. So that's a big fail too. Shirou needed rin's Mana. Artoria saving him and emiya dealing the final blow to "win" so no he dies without help. Plus he beat hercurles by himself. Artoria cant do that. Please see the story again

Also no. Gil beat Shirou thank to plot. Sure Shirou has Rin mana. Gil has the world assit him crushing the RM tho. Shirou + Rin vs Gil + the world. And even then, Shirou only lost because he got corrupted by his newfound power and turn arrogance. In other words, plot armor. Same thing happened with Gils other enemies. Cu? Got cursed by Kirei and having Bazzet as hostage. Saber? Dont know where her Avalon is on top of having Shirou as master. Heracles? Got turned into a sitting duck thank to Gil dirty tactic of aiming for Iliya.

That alone shows shirou without help loses stright away and half the credit goes to rin and once again shirou got saved twice in that fight. Plus now you are back tracking on your argument trying to go back to the shield thing when yes that alone blocks any and all attacks from strange fake level servants. Saber wise avalon is not part of her original tool kit she was summoned by. That like rin mana is a handicap not a fair fight. Thats like saying you beat the world champion when you have help to do it but brag it was a one on one. Flawed and not true Hercules wasnt even affected much as gil needed her heart in one peace. The chains alone ended the match. Plus nasu himself said mutiple times gil can beat everyone in a day. Artoria and herc cant do that as saber gets bodied so hard by everyone and herc fell back when he fought medea. When you argue with the writers points you fail at everything. What are you on? Bazzet was left for dead and cu doesnt know as kirie doesnt tell him anything as gil was a secret to him as well and he got lied to with rins situation in ubw. Listen i used to think like you when i was a teenager. Now i see fsn stans dont know power levels either.

One idea I have for a story that could take place in the nasuverse is a story about a normal human without magic circuits discovering magecraft and that they can't use it so they try to find or make an alternative to magecraft that can make them just as strong.

@@izzymosley1970 atlas alchemy like thought acceleration and partitioning can be used without magic circuits. And you can use mystic codes as mana generators. Also I think there are ways in the nasuverse to gain magic circuits but it's immensely difficult

I'd like for the supposed true reason for Holy Grail Wars to be explored, I don't know how true this is but I have heard from a friend of mine who seems to have delved very deeply into Fate. He said that the true goal of the Holy Grail War and thus Heaven's Feel is to bring a Beast into the world, I always thought that the corruption of the Greater Grail was caused solely by Angra Mainyu, but apparently the ritual has always had the goal of summoning a Beast from the start.

@@otakudaikun I've asked that friend to confirm a source for the information and supposedly its in the Fate/Prototype novel to quote them exactly: "Oh, it's from the Fate Prototype novel. And Manaka literally states that's the purpose of the HGW and HG BECAUSE she, unlike most other people are already connected to the Root." I asked if this was Prototype only and they said: "No, Manaka literally hops to the fate/stay night world because of her connection to the root in the second part of Prototype. She there is possessing the protagonist in question and meets Artoria. The fate verse as a whole run all on the same logic throughout the Timelines. Just not all timelines have the Mooncell while all timelines have Velber however. And Beast of 666 in FGO? Is literally because it takes place after the events of Prototype and Arthur is hunting the damn thing. He says it was split into an L and R shape." "Manaka is the older sister of Ayaka, and while both were raised to be magi, Manaka was the one their father had expectations for rather than Ayaka. She participated in the Holy Grail War eight years before the main story, and was the Master of Saber. They managed to defeat the other six Masters and Servants, allowing them to finally reach the Great Grail. While her father thought he was guiding them towards a bridge to the Root that they had failed to attain for a thousand years and yearned for a thousand years more, she had a different plan for it. She believed such an outcome was boring, as she had already been connected to the Root since birth, so she instead decided to use it for its real purpose of raising the Beast rather than silly stories ^ This is in general referring to the HGW overall not specifically Prototypes and it makes no mention of it being such. I think what he wanted to do was evil, so closing the gate was the right thing to do. I'm currently exploring the full El Melloi light novels, so I'll have more information on that later. Of course, this episode is available in the existing El Melloi anime.

What is the imaginary number district I thought I read something about that from Fate Extra maybe, I'm honestly unsure what happened during Fate Extra CCC Foxtail since for whatever reason I now can't access the manga site I had used to view it and when I was reading the Fate Extra Manga that was fan translated to English it had stopped in the middle of the story sadly. I'd just like to clarify for latter the manga I usually read is fan translated because a good number of them might not get a proper translation let alone a full translation sadly the app I had used to read fan translated manga was taken down from the app store.

That's not a bad idea. Generally the gods existed within the regions they were worshipped. At a certain point though, all divine beings began to migrate to the reverse side, even if there are still worshippers today.

One thing I always wonder about the concept of the age of gods ending in Fate, is that what happens in places where the worship of old gods and spirits never ended, for example, tribal parts of South America and most of Africa. Is there any explanation on the mages there and if the influence of mystery is any stronger in those places?

Oh definitely. While at this point all regional gods have gone to the reverse side, mystery is more common in certain places than others. Location matters.

Fairies stuck around longer than other divine beings, which is why Britain still had them during Artoria's reign. They eventually made the journey though.

After watching these videos about magic and magecraft in fate Nasuverse just aren't able to interact with it and because they aren't able to interact with it in the grand scheme of things normal humans are really weak in the nasuverse so one thing that made me think about fora interesting story would be a story about a normal human without any magic circuits in the nasuverse who by coincidence somehow learns that the world of magecraft exist and that he cannot interact with it and so then decides could try and find a way to become powerful without using magecraft it's an idea for a story that I've been thinking about for a while I wonder how many stories there are like that where the main character can't interact with the main power system of the series but is still strong.

Be warned, this is a damn near essay. Okay, so I have a theory as how the history of the nasuverse came about more in terms in specifics as well as a couple of ideas that could be pointed out regarding shared spell degradation plus a theory about the more overall decline of magecraft. Gilgamesh is said to start the domino effect of the age of Man, so lets say he does it by using Enuma Elish to cut the gates of textures, like the direct link between mount Olympus and the literal mountain Greeks would use to get there. Morgan places the sealed form of Rhongomyniad in Add to try and minimize the degradation of mystery by stabilizing Gaia's reality marble, and it simultaneously does and doesn't work. Here is where we reach the even more theoretical part. I propose that the degradation of the reality marble is because it was meant be supported by the various realm textures. By storing Rhongomyniad away it's mystery is maintained and it can do it's job, but shoring up the damage from removing the old texture gateways causes Gaia to be strained, because it wasn't supposed to just be her reality marble that acted as the humanities home. The reason she rejects other marbles is possibly a mix of knowing they are impermanent and preventing them from having access cut off by Rhongomyniad. When Gaia dies, logically everyone who used her reality marble as a foundation loses their ability to use magecraft, but that doesn't include natural reality marble holders like shirou emiya. Finally, my idea to combat shared spell degradation is actually really simple: Faith. The church uses its belief in its sacraments to get away with mass producing powerful and or effective mystic codes such as black keys. In fact I'm reasonably certain that mages utilise Faith already in the form of the material transmutation spells. It's just that they are all skill based and possibly incomplete, and as such no-one really notices or completely processes how basically every mage out there can use those four spells yet they have never lost power.

They are kinda the same. Divine spirit and god are extension of the planet, and born form it. Tiamat for example, was born from the planet salt water. But true ancestors is one rank higher.
