She gives the most interesting interviews. She's a fascinating artist. I can see why she was my Mom's favorite singer

Wow you can really hear near the end, when she's just reading what she wrote, that her speaking voice is uniquely beautiful too.

Some sad personal experiences recently made me turn to this album. I’ve always loved the idea of going to another world like Alice, for an escape. Stevie can articulate it all so well. 🤍✨❤️

After "The Wild Heart," all her albums became over produced. Overdubs, reverbs and drowning instruments. People like the demos more because they're so authentic, emotional and raw. I remember when I first heart about "24K Gold" coming out and hearing it was going to be demo songs from her vault, I literally thought it was going to be an album of demos. She redid the demos and if you choose any track from that album and listen to it back to back with the demo, you'll be disappointed in the current version. Something has been lost. It got lost after Wild Heart. Sorry.

You aren't a real fan sorry to break it to you. You're just one of those fake fans who wishes Stevie had overdosed from cocaine in 1984 so you could keep your precious Bella Donna/The Wild Heart memories precious. Her albums didn't become over produced, her sound just changed, which is normal and essential for an artist to do. If you don't change with the times, then you get left behind, regardless of what business you're in.

Yeah, I remember not being a big fan of Rock A Little or TOSOTM. Truthfully, I’ve never listened to Street Angel. Trouble In Shangri-La was alright because I enjoyed planets of the universe. But Bella Donna and The Wild Heart were the best Stevie albums and it all sorta fell after 1984.
