those headlights are rare and discontinued its the plastic thats colorized like that the name of that spolier is simply a ctr spoiler with alex brackets to tilt the wing.

The wing is nice but the angle is abrupt and destroys the flow. Plus that angle is stupid as it causes useless drag it's a real risk of styling imo.
