quick question, but I'm quite new to hardware, ths setup sounds absoutely wicked. Might be a bit stupid, but I can send audio to this kind of set up (Jomox and Boum) from Ableton right? Just a case of sending audio out and recording back in again?
@Sypher4742 жыл бұрын
Yes, definitely. Audio out from ableton to the input on the boum, back out again from the boum to the input of ableton. Any hardware that is designed to receive audio, do something to it, then play you that audio will work in this way.

@@Sypher474 thank you mate. Gonna see about getting this kind of outboard set up for some cool noises!

@@adammercysystem6450 I'll give you the mandatory warning - once you start buying hardware, there is no stopping or going back. Enjoy!

@@adammercysystem6450 Also, within ableton you'll want to use a device called "external audio effect".

@@Sypher474 ahh yes! I've seen that in the plug-in list. Thank you for your help man, I appreciate that. Haha I'm not sure how much my wallet will though! :)

I love those oto machines but they are so expensive. you could buy three volca machines for the price of one oto.

well it's still cheaper than the analog heat. I think it sounds better IMO.
