Seems a little narrow, like it’s not futureproofed for larger trains in the future.

It seems mostly due to the camera angles, but I can assure there is a lot of space in there! “Larger” trains in the future for Line 1/3 is more likely to be longer than “larger”, at least for the next 40 years. If larger trains are acquired, all the stations would need to be reconfigured anyway.

@@RailFansCanada but the platforms are low level, so if you upgraded to metro rollingstock you’d have to reconfigure the platforms either way. I’m upset that the city didn’t recognize its blunder and instead doubled down on lowfloor LRT for the foreseeable future with no plan for future upgrades.
