Is that Nik.? I bought several amps from him about 15tears ago. My wife started a small back-line company and we used Ceriatone to bulk up her inventory. The amps were great and iki was very helpful. I was thinking of possibly buying one of these but wasn't sure. The last fifteen seconds at 16:20 sold me. All that sweet singing overdrive and clean tone and then a passable Marshall tone! Perfect.

I own this amp. It drives two WGS ET 65s and its one of the very few amps I've owned that has equally useful and amazing cleans as it does drive sounds. It's got a bit of a learning curve but there are some really fun sounds in there.

What do you mean by the learning curve? Does the EQ behave strangely?

@@PorkPioneer No, but it has a lot of controls and several of them control gain stages, so some experimentation is needed. It's more complex than just an amp with a gain and master volume knobs. A couple youtube videos go over it well.

Fantastic video! I came VERY close to buying an OTS 20, but changed my mind for a 2202 HW for a little more gain straight out of the box... not every day that you hear some Polyphia in an amp demo vid. AWESOME! 👍😁

Wow, the boost on the clean channel really brings out some of the best in the amp! Impressed by the harmonic richness, really singing tone. Has that "blooming" quality to it. I'm ordering one of these soon as an early birthday present to myself. I'm playing a lot of southern rock stuff and need cleans and overdrives, and this has the best of both all in one! I'll run it into a 212 wet/dry with an AC15!

@@ceriatoneAmp Awesome! I'm really big into Blackberry Smoke, and their guitarists both use Germino Plexi clones with another amp. An AC30 for one, and a Tweed Deluxe for the other. Their sound is HUGE live! So, I'm hoping to capture some two-amp magic of my own.

Much appreciated demo! I've been looking at getting this amp and this makes me feel a lot more comfortable sending money overseas having a better idea of what I will get. Amazing playing aswell, I really love your lead phrasing, nice and melodic. Would love to hear demos of the JM50 and SSS aswell. I plan to get the OTS aswell as a clean machine like the JM or SSS I just can't decide which one

This is a fantastic little amp that kills most of biggers on stage. I run mine in a 1X10 JBL E110 separate cab. Easy to carry. Big Brother 100 W stay home... The only cons for me is it miss a reverb. Or at least an 9 V output to pug one in the loop.

I'd like to see a similar video using single coils. I find the amp shines best with humbuckers, but it might be that I haven't found the right setup for my strat (with Fender Pure Vintage '65 pickups).

I think quite some, as the association of 335 type guitars with D style amp is there, for eg Larry Carlton, and Robben Ford as well, to name just two.

I think the idea of a video like this is to sell amps, for people to hear how good they sound and want one. If that is true, the 335 may not be the best choice since most won’t use a 335 as their primary guitar. Your reply with using quite and some together is contradicting. Your reply to my comments implies both Larry Carlton and Robben Ford have or will buy this amp. Not sure that is true. Neither of them use or have used a 335 as their primary guitar for a long time. There are many type of Dumble amps based of different Fender amps. This amp doesn’t sound like the amps Robin Ford and alarm Carlton used or used with a 335. Those are more Fender Twin and Super Reverb like. It seems to sound more like the Ry Cooder version, more of a thicker, more mid tone, late 50’s Fender Tweed Deluxe to my ears. I do own one, it’s a great amp like all the Ceriatone amps.
