Actually I am not surprised Hoffman got traded. Thats what happens when you have a jealous girlfriend like Monika Karyk. Thanks to Monika's vicious words on Twitter, the Sens wanted no part of that anymore. Apparently the Sharks didnt want it either hence why Hoffman was sent to Florida. Thats actually a good thing. No one gives a crap in Florida so both Mike and Monika will enjoy some space there. Good riddance. Though I will also say I think this means Ottawa is going to do their absolute best to keep Karlsson now that Hoffman is gone.

Quite harsh saying Boedker isn't a good player. He has had 1 really bad season in sharks and a mediocre season where he had limited playing time and no pp time and still put up like 40 points and had the 5th most points in the playoffs on the sharks team and STILL with limited time. If you get fed with pp time and offensive zone draws all the time you are bound to get more points as Hoffman has. I can't see what Hoffman is good at besides getting points.

Also Florida isn't a great organization and have an embarassing "fanbase" but that team isn't terrible. They are talented, were hot down the stretch, and didn't miss the playoffs by much. They had more points this season than the leafs did last season and more than both the preds and flames from last season as well. I don't know, if the NHL really gives Seattle a team it'll be off balanced in the western conference, we just need one more team in the central division. Then they had the laughable pre-game joust fest that went on for 20 minutes.The city is fake and known for corruption which translated to an expansion team conveniently making the final in its first year. The unveiling of the team was a joke with all the malfunctions that occurred. The logo is ugly (for which they also had a lawsuit against). The colours are ugly. The team name makes no sense. Their mascot looks like Thing from Fantastic Four. Why is their mascot even a dinosaur? They're medieval times, not prehistoric times. The whole franchise is a joke.
