Russell the Kickback Hustle is puppetmaster of Don And Mott. I am certain my opinion is accurate when Russell was so adamant about getting signed up with the firm out of Colorado. The town doesn't have the expansion going on that makes any sense to hire them but he got the vote. Russell is more of a lobbyist getting kickbacks which I'm sure is not legal in sunshine law.

The Charter needs to state you walk out, you forfeit the check and the seat. unless it's a family or medical emergency. then they keep check n seat. but if it's a emergency, they should be required toshow proof from a doctor or a hospital to keep the seat.

ZIM needs to get the ordinances sorted out & new ones written up to ensure that the next persons on the board needs to adhere to all behaviour/conduct & all that are in, already. This is really important to get done quick smart to prevent things going backwards - the town needs to get mobile fast & sort it out to force change for the better before trouble brews yet again.

Well - that was interesting - Don put in his place by Mayor Zim - who was supported by Belinda and the lawyer - the really great discussions that happened after - erven though Laura did not vote for following the proper procedure -it was excellent! I know it was difficult but you did such a wonderful job of cleaning up Otter Creek past as far as board. If you had not been there, this board would never have had the success today. I know the attorney was expensive but at long last there is a attorney that can stand the ground with the two dishonest previous board members. I would love to hear what Russell and Don's opinion is now of their choice of attorney. LOL

This time he cannot con his way in to the council, and agree he walked out, left abandoned his seat, and should not be allowed back in due to his attitude towards the whole council and TOWN especially. He never got involved, just showed up made a constant fuss, and wanted $100.00 Good riddance and he tried to set a precedent that you cannot act like a conning toddler and get away with that.

My belief in things happen for a reason and the way they're supposed to go deep in my life. God chooses his caretakers carefully. You becoming mayor of that town, cleaning up and out Town Hall was the first step to its recovery. If you had not become town mayor, this would not have happened. Right off the bat, you exposed financial corruption, among other things. You open the door so that the council as it is now was able to land and take care of business. He chose well. I wish your husband had made a video of you yelling.😂❤

Regarding the water plant and filters, when I watched the tour of the plant last year, I was absolutely shocked and amazed at what a Rube Goldberg disaster a certain "plumber" had created. I am not a plumber, but sold motors and Variable Frequency Drives for control of motors for years. I understand hydraulics and that mess could NEVER have worked right. The remaining work to automate the back-flushing and cycling times of water through the filters is critical, and will finally have the system working properly! Yayyyyyy!!!

We had lots of volunteers to help in town at different events. We had a fun cake walk for Halloween or whatever you want. it could be prizes also. You would buy in for a dollar-5 dollars or whatever. Up to about 20-25 people stand on a chalked number in a large circle. Someone plays music the music stops they pull a number out of a hat and that person is eliminated until the last person is the winner.

Might ask Zim if the yard parking permits will include the insurance or a waver to be signed by the person who own the car. I have a friend who lived a block from the Iowa state fair that had people make reservations and signed wavers to be able to park in their yard so they were not responsible for damage or theft.

There’s one festival a year in a central Florida town where the people are allowed to charge $1 each car to park in their yards. People all over town stand out front of their yards with a sign. I don’t know your rules, laws, etc.
