Well thought out tutorial, you saved me from buying a new phone. I bought my new drone today, and couldnt link sync together. I only found out that I was not properly switching it on. It seems they resolved the battery issue. I charged the battery that came on the drone with the single adapter for the first time. The other two batteries were charged on the triple charger the first time. I separately flew with each battery no issues. Thank you for the fine job you did on this video!

Yeah the battery issue didn't happen all the time with the original Air 2, but I thought I'd mention it just in case (like you said, it was probably fixed) although, I have a dedicated video for the battery issue and it still gets views everyday and users saying that it fixed their problem 😊

@@OttoJulian_ A big miss for DJI. A larger display, like an iPad Mini is of limited help without larger icons as well. For folks in their 50s (like me) who have perfect vision at long distances but don't focus as well at short range, larger icons would be helpful. Typical Chinese engineering, they overlook some obvious features. Another is the positioning of the buttons on the controller. Made for small hands. Not normal sized American male hands. Just my small suggestion, you should have shown the movements of the gimbal at start up (initialization), because this gimbal movement is also important for us to know, as sometimes the gimbal of my Air 2s moves a bit awkward than the proper movements.

@@OttoJulian_ Thank you. good morning! I think DJI does it on purpose. The technology exists, all commercial airplanes have several low terrain warnings, which proves it's a necessary safety feature. Not expensive or difficult to add on a DJI drone. I think we should contact DJI engineers. I already did but I am only one.

For what I read it’s something related to the software. Recommended action : to fix it try refreshing the drone's and controller's firmware in DJI assistant, calibrate the compass in an open area and finally try lifting off from a different place.

HELP ME PLEASE? When i record i record at 23.98fps on my Air 2S when i put it into my editor Powerdirector 365 it has the video property at 23.00fps which ends up making my footage shaky/jerky. When i do the same thing with my Mini2 it does not do this the video is 23.98fps.... This is driving me crazy can someone help me please?

Nice video.... breaking news.. FYI ....Using a Mini Ipad 4 ( 5th generation) or Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra ....not be able to use 5.4K or 4K 60fps with my Air 2 S drone ...I found the hard way ..hopefully a update for those devices coming soon.

Hello. I think you should double check. I have the S21 plus and it records at 5.7K and 4K at 60fps without any issues. If you had the older Fly App on Android it won't work, you need to download directly from the dji site

I honestly hate that I bought this damn drone, it doesn’t connect at all, my DJI Assistant won’t even connect to my drone. I’ve tried all the options for connection and nothing. Never again will I purchase from DJI!

Bro, the DJI fly app doesn't even exist... You completely gloss over actually pairing the controller / phone / app to the RC.

It's no longer on the Play Store if you are using Android. You need to download it directly from the DJI website.

If you turn on everything like I did on the video, there is no "pairing" per se. I think it's pretty straight forward to press "go fly" on the app and the drone gets automatically paired with the controller. This is not like the older DJI drones.
