Brodin, I used to feel the same about solar eclipses because everyone's always like "this won't happen again in the next 565 years, buy our glasses!!!!" about like basic eclipses which happen all the time. But, being able to see the total eclipse this past year was seriously mind blowing. It was such a beautiful experience and total eclipses in your specific area are the rare type, you could always fly to one too though. ☀️

I've been on those cheap chinese trips with my family and i don't know if they are propaganda trips, but they are a bit shady. The reason they're so cheap is because they have a deal with every single place you visit on the tour and they make their money back by bringing these places customers. I had a tour guide yell at my bus once because at one of the stops no one bought anything.

Real car enthusiasts either go to the track or do it in small parking lots by themselves or a small group of friends. Not a mob of people doing it for attention. Us real car enthusiasts end up getting targeted by cops just because our car is modified. When in reality, sideshows are majority stock cars that people thrash around.

I once completed a 3-day, 2-night trip 1600 kilometers away for $10. It also included lodging and three meals. The only problem was that all three days were spent shopping at the mall and none of those traveling attractions were visited. If you don't want to go with a tour group, you need to lose money according to your contract.

7:33 Isn't that how a tour works? You go to nice and cool places, not ugly and dirty ones. For example, in Japan, you visit Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Shibuya to see the attractions there, not places like Nishinari (you can search a video about that place). Similarly, in Los Angeles, you go to Hollywood or their famous beaches, not to areas where there are homeless peoples. Every country has its good and bad aspects, and they often try to hide the negative ones to increase their prestige. Just because a tour doesn't show you anything bad doesn't mean other countries don't have such issues. You paid for the tour, so it's only right that you see nice things that you wouldn't see every day.

about the propaganda tour thing... that's just how touring works in china lol. They bring you to famous places, set meal, and shops with "discounts". The tour itself is the lure, souvenirs you buy at the shop, extra food you order at restaurant, the tour guide gets a cut.

well it's not just movies from 90's, certain shows/sitcoms from the 90's are still relatable today but then have some things that show its age. Hell I just rewatched some old Friends episodes and there's one episode where Chandler (matthew perry's character) is boasting about his laptop specs: 12MB RAM, 500 MB harddrive which was already overblown for the laptop shown. According to my sister they apparently said "Gigabyte? you'll never need that much" Times change fast.

Movie industry changed when ppl stopped buying/renting movies. Before you could release a movie and even though they did not make great money in the cinema they would make it up in the sales/rent after. Midsommar is the event where a lot of women get pregnant most Swedes born around 22 march , Swedes get to drunk and we party real hard. Last year i got drunk , danced in a bar/out doors party joint fell on my knee on concrete , hurt my knee joint and walked on the leg, then went on a train ride for 12 hours to go to a concert while popping pain killers. Good times!
