The animal at 00:54 is actually a Reeves’ muntjac rather than a dikdik! Dikdik have very petite features and are *really* tiny, whereas this gal looks pretty sturdy and has a longer face with squarer features. Muntjac are native to Taiwan and China :) The males also have absolutely wild horns.

This is sort of a late reply, but I'm Taiwanese and have visited the Taipei zoo many times. I've actually seen this behaviour in that particular elephant several times. Don't worry too much tho, he only does it at around noon, and it's because their partner/kid is about to be released from another enclosure to join them in the wider area. I don't know why the zoo separates the elephants like this (prevent rivalry?), but either way, what you are seeing is an elephant anxiously waiting to meet their friend on that particular day. when they finally get together, he usually trumpets quite loudly, you can hear it from all across the zoo (which is saying something, because the taipei zoo is gigantic)

Y’all should go to the Henry Doorly Zoo//Aquarium (which has a big underwater tunnel) in Nebraska. It’s HUGE and THE BEST Zoo in America!!!! 10/10 recommend (unless you get tired easily lol)
