As I said before, it will be very sore and so tiring taking 8 hours with economy class. Economy class just for 2 - 3 hour trip, it's still ok. The different class also different station.

new subscriber here. You guys should defo go the sudirman night market while in Bandung, there is plethora of delicious street foods there, just prepare a lot cash lol. After bandung, I recommend you to go to Semarang in Central Java, particularly to the area called Kota Lama (old city) where you can find many historical buildings legacy of the Dutch government.

@On Tour With Dridgers #OTWD you guys have not visited the east coast of the peninsula. Those parts are where the beautiful islands are located. Example: 1. Perhentian islands 2. Redang 3. Lang tengah 4. Rawa 5. Tioman 6. Kapas 7. Tenggol. States worth visiting, pahang and terengganu. A lot of malay culture there in terms of food, clothing (batik), beaches, fruit orchards especially durians in pahang. You can try the jungle railway. The west coast is more developed and you get more tourists. East coast is more relax.

@On Tour With Dridgers #OTWD we are building a 670km track from kelantan near thai border to west port near kl. It will have a 17km tunnel as it cuts through our mountain range in the middle. The longest train tunnel in South east asia. But I know in europe, they are planning a crazy 50km tunnel. Probably in Switzerland.

Yes Langkawi is soo cheap. Bandung about the same. I only really drink beer from 7-11 it’s like $2 so nothing crazy.

👍 running out of data these days is not great , sad , but true , especially at important times like arriving at new places trying to find accommodation, it’s a pain. We always buy local sims , like you , but as backup we always have our home country sims which work , sure , you’ll get spanked for a few minutes on data charges, but gets you out of trouble. Very occasionally for things like car hire , we need to receive a OTP from the bank , so have to put the sim in momentarily just for that. It’s a PITA 😂

It’s. Become such a important tool for us especially arriving late in a new city but everyone was cool and helped we can manage without it it’s just difficult definitely something we will avoid in the future I’d put a SIM card as an absolute travel essentials

They just dropped us at the wrong location. The fair wasn’t cheaper we paid more than the going rate but they started at double. The problem was we just had the name. No maps so hotel have similar names that’s why we were getting dropped of at the wrong place
