That last clip, I did almost that exact thing to a Legion the other day. They had Devour Hope and I knew where one of the last totems was because of Counterforce, and after five unhooks I gunned it for the totem spot, they grabbed someone out of a window or something right as I started working on it, set them down, and right as they did that I broke the totem and they couldn't get the mori, it was fantastic.

@@nearbyllama5138 if you have nancy, you have access to a perk that heals you in about 5 seconds after you jump in a locker if you did any kind of totem before. so you help your team doing the totem and youre six times faster in healing which means you can use 5/6 of the time self caring would take to do gens

@@rainbowskin3379 1. The teammate wasn't in the locker, you can clearly see that the pallet at the pallet gym was dropped after he downed the felix. 2. It was most likely the Ash that dropped it, aka the same teammate that massively sandbagged him based on the fact that the Ash ran in this general direction after otz hit him. 3. Theres only been 2 ppl that's been hooked, the felix(twice now and on death hook) n the meg that farmed the Felix. The Felix was on death hook, while the only other 2 teammates who could unhook him havent even been hooked. Yet the unhooked just went n hide to let his teammate die. Teammate induced tunneling is one of the worse things a survivor could do(Scott Jund made a great vid on this) 4. If it was the Ash, the Felix was probably trying to point in that general area, so that Otz could chase him. Also probably payback for sandbagging him earlier. It's a real shame, if I was in Otz shoe I wouldve gone after the unhooker, as the game was still at 5 gens n he had massive pressure so there was no real need to get someone out that early.

@@Danny-ik3xv the perk that he zoomed in onto is a hex perk which means it deactivates if someone cleanses its hex totem found somewhere in the map. What this perk does is that it enables him to kill survivors without hooking them and the totem got cleansed right before he got the kill

I have no idea how that whip in the beginning didn't hit. I thought that because survivor models (while injured) actually go outside the hitbox a little bit so maybe he just missed, but the whip has a weird lingering hitbox that should have hit the claud but didn't. Or dbd has fucky hit detection sometimes.

Some content for you to dive into, when stridor was nerfed by making it mulplicative instead of additive that change seems to have bled into other perks as well. For example, botany knowledge paired with self care is now slow as dirt since base healing speed of 50% is increased by 33% for a total of 66.5% speed now rather than the 83% that it was. I've noticed it since I've ran botany and self care together since the dawn of time since randoms never wanna heal me but that's irrelevant. My point is, how hard can this be abused, once this is more wide spread it could be OP, yesterday I saw what looked to be a 4 second heal when healing someone who had leader while I had botany and another person had prove thyself. So could someone run we'll make it, botany, and desperate measures to 4 second heal someone by themselves? Imagine running a hit and run style of killer and people are healed back up before you fully leave a tile, that'd be infuriating. I was healing mid chase all last night running a green medkit with botany and desperate measures, it was easy. 2-3 pallets and you're healed. I'd love to see someone look deeper into this. Could spine chill and resilience paired with prove thyself just break gen speeds? I see this as a huge survivor buff that no one has noticed yet.
