I had a terrible experience with sultan, they charge double what the instruments are worth and what arrived was a cracked pegbox joint that they refused to compensate me for. 1000£ out of pocket for a factory instrument? Save an extra 200 and get something from a luthier without getting ripped off for factory made garbage.

That doesn't sound like the Sultan Instruments I work with, but yes, they don't give refunds, only replacement instruments. If the Sultan Plus arrives damaged, they will replace it, no questions asked.
