Really good review, i think the portable power station space is about to see some big discounts, for example i recently reviewed the Aeiusny 296wh that was $160 just 2 days ago, it's at $129 today... that's great for consumers!

I own this unit for just over a year and it’s working flawlessly. Battery capacity seems good as new. Gets heavy use. Daily 100% charge via combination grid/solar. Solar 170 watts max. I'll keep reporting back yearly in the interest of hopeful advertised longevity of LFP battery aka very long 10+ years

There is another major flaw in my opinion .....if you plug solar panel at night ,next day when the unit start charging the panel lights on and the unit also consumes enough energy as if an internal inverter is working ...So in a relatively cloudy day you loose more power than you gain .You have to manually press the power button in order to turn off an internal procedure that consumes too much power.Any suggestions?

I am wondering if it's possible to use this while charging permanently? I am looking for a portable power station that I can use in my caravan. the plan is to 1. plug the power station into a dedicated outlet from the shore power input. 2. Then wire a plug with a 16amp MCB and suitable sizing wiring going into the 240 caravan consumer unit. 3. possibly do similar to step 2 for 12v consumer unit (plugged into the power station 12v outlet). why? I would like to to use this instead of traditional house battery setup. I want to use the sockets, receptacles already in the caravan. I would like to use the mains power to power the caravan and charge the battery and only use the battery when there is no mains power. I would like to be able to do this while having solar panels permanently connected and allow for solar charging while also being charged by the mains. I would like to be able to remove the power station and easily plug the consumer unit back directly to the single mains shore power outlet coming from the shore power input. any problems with doing this with something like this unit?

Great video bu the funny part is that after a minute into the video, KZbin puts on 20 minutes long commercial-review video by youtuber for Rockpal 500W, I did not watch the whole commercial, sorry. BTW, I wonder why the UPS rating is only 1100W instead of 2000W since when no utility power the unit will run on batteries that supply power to the 2000W inverter, may be if the batteries are being charged at full power with heavy the AC outlet connected then it may trip the house circuit breaker. Is it spec as Line interactive UPS or True on line UPS?

i liked this the leoch and pecron sadly leoch is nice but im worried about its charging speed and weight, the pecron 2000 is cool but not many cycles even if its expandable which is cool but no ups. this i have seen is a bit inefficient but the cable storing ( i lose stuff constantly) and ups might sell it to me plus i found it bundled with the cn505 and wheel trolley for 1650 otd. im tired of lights flickering ruining everything when its barely raining. ty for the info and take care

You did not open it up and check the cells . There is a lot of fraudulent misrepresentation going on in the chinese battery market , Especially LiFePo4 . They use Li-Ion cells instead of LFP and blatantly lie about it . You need to make it a feature to find out what cells are used and how many and the series/parallel configuration.

There's only so much you can do in one video. People have a short attention span, so the last thing I want to do is make the video longer. The Oukitel 500W unit has LiFePO4, I confirmed it, so I seriously doubt they used fakes in a newer unit.

So the 2kWh is not real, it's actual below 1.6kWh! ...don't like manufacturers that lie. ...unless it says at 500w or whatever. ...consumers expect simple 2kWh, not 2kWh at some special condition. ...and it cost way too much. Sorry not good value!
@electronicsNmore3 жыл бұрын
You won't get 2000 Wh under full load. Never tested any unit that supplied what the manufacturer said under full load. As for the price, you screwed up. There are 2 left at the 1/2 off promotion price of $999.99, which is an ABSOLUITE STEAL for this type of LiFePO4 power station. Snooze, and you lose. I guess you're unfamiliar with how much high power output LiFePO4 power stations cost.
