I just moved to northern Cali, I use wondercide pest spray on the entrances and faucets and anywhere I can think of pest and roaches would enter, I’m right there with you like omg .. ,my husband saw one in our garage and I have yet to go into our garage ever since 😂 I just spray the door daily … he put up traps for them all in the garage and found one dead one so maybe it was just the one in there but … I will try and avoid that garage until most likely ever but just wanted to say have not seen one inside my apartment at all soooo try wondercide pest spray if you like, it’s pet safe.
