I used to make stupid musically videos when I was kid lipsyncing to different songs and I honestly believe it made me better at making facial expressions. I like to learn kpop dances and a lot of people who just started learning them will lipsync while they dance with a completely neutral expression while their mouth barely mouths. But I think do the exaggerated expressions when lipsyncing on musically actually helped me do realistic emoting with my face while dancing.

I know I am in really late to this but I I need to get this off my chest. I agree with Drew’s points on how shows these days don’t have good value and don’t teach kids good lessons but there is a children’s show that does a really good job of teaching good lessons and that show is Bluey if you’ve not seen this show omg you need watch it. I’m 15 and that show has taught me more than any show has in my entire life it just has so much feeling and it just makes you connect with the characters so much even though you’re not the same age as them. you just get this good feeling that they understand that their actual people with actual feelings despite being dogs it’s just a good show. I totally recommend it to any age honestly... but mostly to young children 😊
