I used to make stupid musically videos when I was kid lipsyncing to different songs and I honestly believe it made me better at making facial expressions. I like to learn kpop dances and a lot of people who just started learning them will lipsync while they dance with a completely neutral expression while their mouth barely mouths. But I think do the exaggerated expressions when lipsyncing on musically actually helped me do realistic emoting with my face while dancing.

I think the reason why that show and Gravity Falls are good is because the creators (Dan Povenmire/Jeff 'Swampy' Marsh and Alex Hisch) cared, and they wrote a show that was for adults, by adults that could be enjoyed by kids, too. I don't really consider Disney itself to be the reason that those shows are so great

@@christiancevallos9820 Yeah! Gravity Falls had loads of darker undercurrents during its first season foreshadowing the next. It was well thought out and the puzzle pieces all clicked together. And they had themes, and therefore, depth and meaning, but without being preachy to the point where you might as well just tell one of Aesop's Fables. I'm so glad someone gets it lol

I hate that people think that something for kids doesn't have to be good. look at Gravity Falls, a cartoon for kids, but of very high quality. the creator of the show, Alex Hirsch, said himself that kids are way smarter than you think. he took this into account and now its a show that both kids and adults can enjoy equally. no child that watched something like this is going to see these shows and think positively about them, they'll think "wow, it's embarrassing that I ever liked that."

EdgyPretzels it's funny how Pixar proved this point decades ago. Even if you don't like some of the newer movies or how they're treating some franchises lately, you gotta respect their visions. I mean, which children movie did what Inside Out and Toy Story 3 did? Those two have unbelievable plot points. Love them for this, dispite their cinematography mistakes and errors (which is normal)
