You’re looking at all expensive areas. You might want to consider other areas if you want better prices. The southbay is a nice place to live and probably a little more affordable depending on where. Or even check around San Gabriel Valley area, my cousin is in a two bedroom for like $1500. There are deals out there, just have to dumpster dive for them. Great videos though. I work in DTLA but I wouldn’t want to live there.
