Our $300 backhoe tractor massey ferguson diesel mf30 mf34 loader project picked up and brought home

This video documents how we came to be blessed with a mf30 tractor with mf34 loader and backhoe. Meticulously cared for and maintained by diesel mechanic and teacher Wade Ballard. Tractor was purchased from Red Rock Community College diesel program where he taught diesel mechanics after his retirement. Video is dedicated to the life this man led and in his memory.

I formed a non profit a few years ago to help guys learn job skills, bought an old uhaul to help people with hauling, and set up a tool lending library in a 20 ft container. Ended up closing it down because we had no one ever come borrow tools. I got pretty burnt out trying to mentor grown men. Too many people stuck in their ways and their victim hood mentality. If you read my chanel description I have aspergers. I REALLY struggle with small talk building relationships or growing a network. Which is what 90% of running a non profit needs to succeed. So after some prayers agreed with GOD to keep working hard and growing in my own life. One day he will send me a charismatic, bubbly, energetic, people person to be the face of my organization. I will then reform the non profit.

@@worthshop I'm on the spectrum too....never been diagnosed or medicated for it but when I read the checklist of symptoms.... check check check check check....lol. . I won't do small talk either, why waste the oxygen and effort? I know what you mean about people stuck in wooeee is meeeee...I learned to teach meditation to help people get into their NOW moment rather then being stuck in depression or anxiety, worry and regret...HEAVILY MEDITATED helps me a lot. I'm up in Yakima County if you find your way up this way sometime, stop in.

That's a great idear I got burnt out in the fires of Australia And the news paper took a photo of my buildings burnt out Nothing but twisted metal I thank you for that I have to finish a caravan internal Then sell it to get the extra money I need I would love to get one as cheap as you did God willing You have given me inspiration CHEERS

Thanks for the reply !!!... I came across it by helping a family Clean up there farm after the only man in their family past away ... I never expected a cent from them ..and look that happened I got a tractor that I needed god must have heard me begging for a break ❤️

She started leaking too much oil. Passed it on to someone more equipped to get it all sealed up.

They are worth 1k or so just for scrap metal.. I have seen them sell for 3k or so not even running. You did great 👍
