17:38. I've always loved that neo gothic building. It sit catty cornered to Jones Hall, where we attended many a Houston Symphony concert when we lived there. I grew up on the east side of Houston, moving to Maryland in 1991 to join the US Marines.

San Antonio Riverwalk. There once was a fantastic Dixieland jazz club called Jim Cullum's Landing. A real favorite of band directors attending the two music conventions, TBA in July, and TMEA in early February. The music was just plain amazing...best you could find outside of New Orleans. Alas....Jim passed away some years ago, as did his jazz club.

Great video , I love how y’all go to lots of the cities in the state of Texas and some in Oklahoma also ! I hope this series will continue , it’s nice to see a lot of the states in depth ! It would be nice to see some of the smaller cities or towns also since each shows different types of life in them ! I know a family who lives in Plum Grove , Texas it’s out of Houston and far removed from the big city life ! Plum Grove is a farming community so as you can imagine much different than the big city ! The family I know is about 200 acres of land and about 7 of the family members live on the farm , they have 4 generations living on that 1 farm ! Such a beautiful way to live , it is like families use to live when I was a child , I’m in my 70’s now and we had grandparents, their children ( our parents with aunts and uncles ) then us kids and cousins , all living on the family farmland of 160 acres in Florida ! Y’all be safe and continue on your travel adventure and keep bringing us these wonderful videos ! ❤️🙏🙋🏻🌈🌈

Great video. Constructive criticism: while seeing the Space X stuff was cool, announcing on a public forum that their security is lax helps the bad guys who want to hurt us. I'm sure they've probably already done recon, but actually seeing someone test that security on camera can help them confirm their plans. Food for thought from a retired battalion Security Officer.

It's been about 35 years since I've been on South Padre Island. I remember when there was nothing there except a couple of bars. It was a spring party haven for the college kids back in the day. And you know the best looking women come out of Texas :-). Now South Padre Island looks nothing at all like it did when I was there last. I really did not think that they would ruin the island with motels and hotels and no tells. Kind of a shame. We camped right on the beach right by the ocean

I live in Texas. The beach was a beautiful place until the South African Muskrat came along. One of his rockets blew up and put rocket parts in people's yards. Muskrat is a false prophet. My uncle played in a band around Brownsville while working a regular job. Houston sucks. Senator Cruz only represents Houston interests. The Alamo was stolen from the Daughters of the Alamo and put under a crooked Bush. In the summer of 2014, Phil Collins the singer generously donated his priceless collection of Alamo and Texana artifacts to the Alamo Texas Land Commission. I've got a building to sell you if you think Oswald shot JFK. Hahaha 🤣 You missed the Texas State Fair. Why do all presidential alleged killers get called by their full name? I've been in all 50 states and everywhere. My favorite is Utah. The poorest was Eastern Oklahoma. Been there and done that. Have fun...
