Do a bench-box! You can store her toys in it as a “toy box” and So josh can sit on it while you nurse and hangout with you! And put 3 of her newborn/ family portraits above on the wall!

Diaper genies are actually amazing 😍 they're actually made for convenience. You do put a plastic bag in them and there's a tray you pull out so it actually holds the smell and then you just rip the bag when it gets a bit full, throw it out, pull out the new bag, and you're good to go! Love the doggy bag idea, just wanted you to know! ❤️🥰 congrats on your family!

I imagine a cute tapestry being hanged on the empty wall space next to the door! I love tapestries and can do a decent size one to make room for the pictures y'all mentioned too! Or you could always save the blank wall for her art when she's old enough to do that. Something I definitely wanna do for my future kids is have a whiteboard/chalkboard wall! Since kids get the urge to draw on wall, some not all but I think that'll be cute! I'm not used to newborns yet, I'm still young and haven't started my family yet but my boyfriend's sister in law is having her 3rd baby (3 girls) and that'll be a change because it'll be the first newborn I'm around between the 3 girls! So I'm excited yet nervous for the change but it just makes me feel like it'll prepare us when we finally start our family!💕 Much love and welcome home Skye!!💕💕

when you have the unopened wipes stores put the packs upside down. it helps with keeping them moist. even the open ones if it gets left open for a few hours your can close it and set it upside down to re wet the wipes. the moisture tends to just sink to the bottom of the pack. so flip over the packs you have in the dresser.

The nursery looks very cute I love how it’s cute & girly but classy, also if you guys do have her sleep in the crib in the nursery you will want to get some sort of curtains so it’s not as bright in her room so she sleeps better & longer as well as a baby monitor if you guys don’t have one already ☺️☺️💕

Love this nursery! I had my baby on 9/3, wanted to let you know we’ve just been tossing her diapers in the trash can and no problems with smell at all! You may want to save your doggy poop bags for when you introduce food, that’s when their poop starts to smell more so I hear! So happy for you guys!!!
