Hi guys, I actually worked on SEGA Manx TT, glad you like the graphics cos I did them. As for the control, it's an arcade convertion so SEGA wanted it to control exactly the same as the Arcade, we also wanted to put another track in BUT again, it's an arcade convertion so they wanted it the same. In the Arcade it was a lot of fun but you were controlling it by sitting on a full size motorbike replica, you leaned from side to side to turn it. Oh well, I remember it with fondness because i got to work in Australia and Haneda because of it and every arcade TT unit in those area's probably still have my name as the top score. :)

Joe, try the original PC release of Broken Sword, the puzzles you were complaining about (at least those you showed in the video) were added for the new directors cut version. The original doesn't have any of those mobile game style puzzles. The sequel, The Smoking Mirror is also fantastic.
@mdqp25 жыл бұрын
Yeah, the director's cut really is a mixed bag, the added puzzles aren't on par with the original content, and the portraits look a bit out of place, if you ask me. It also removed a few jokes and interactions from the originals (no poop joke in the modern era of gaming T_T), which is a pity because some of them were actually fun (I guess they couldn't remaster the sounds for those or something?). Also, playing it on the Wii probably didn't make it any easier. XD

As other people already said, the prologue part of the game with Nico, the french journalist, was added to the Director's Cut of Broken Sword, because it was the only game in the series where you just played George Stobbart and not Nico. The other games have you alternating between them as you progress. It's a great adventure series. The 4th is the only one I never finished, but I'll get back to it, eventually. If I remember correctly, you got stuck right at the end of Nico's part, then, you're suddenly thrown into the original game's intro sequence, which is great. I remember Razing Storm on the arcades, where it didn't have the Time Crisis label, though, remembering it now, I actually have more memories of Crisis Zone than of it. Hey, was that a cameo from Johnny Millennium?
