Damn I have good coaches. They've always told me to grab my shin on triangles, even when I did Judo.

@18:00 I'm a blue belt with 400 hrs and I feel like just now I can be offensive with the triangle position and finish from there, and maybe it's a shoulder arm or wrist lock instead of the strangle. Good stuff. BJJ is hard.

😂 made these mistakes as well. Specially having bad knees and flaring that knee out so j just stopped going for it but I’ll try your way from now on. 🙏🏽 thanks 😊
