Very interesting vid - pretty cool finding out something about your origins Pete. Here's an idea for the belts, taking your thought about wooden boxes a step further. Place the belts in increasingly finer wood as the belts progress e.g. white belt = pine, blue belt = red cedar purple belt = walnut brown belt = mahogany black belt = ebony Or ship them all out in pine and have upgraded boxes available for a surcharge. Get a local maker and do not settle for anything less than dovetailed joinery. On second thought - make the boxes out of wood only grown here in the USA.
