I'm curious what you are doing to work out, since you've mentioned in a number of videos that you use one of the rooms in various Airbnb's to work out. I need a plan and some motivation. Working 70 hours a week on my butt all day is doing me no favors. ~Gina

We travel SelectTech adjustable dumbbells and a collapsible weight bench. I (Georgia) have the metabolism of a sloth so even walking 20k steps a day isn't enough if I want to enjoy tacos and beers. I have to lift weights. We do back, biceps, and abs one day and then chest, shoulders, and legs the next then a day off.
