I was already in one of those dreams where you are grocery shopping, so I went to go find some corned beef. The store was huge and I couldn’t find any, so I tried to imagine a bunch of corned beef in front of me. The aliens didn’t let me do that and made me wander the store until I found some. Once I found all of the corned beef, the beings ate it and they exploded. The explosions woke me up. It was around 11:40 am.

How Charlie described his childhood is extremely similar to mine, I have a couple memories from 7-9 years old but anything before that is just... gone. I get extremely disjointed dreams too, one was of a random dude and a penguin in the arctic looking for a necklace(?) and the water in front of them started freezing over and then I woke up. Growing up was a trip lmao. Edit: The lucid dreaming Charlie talks about is also familiar. It’s happened a few times where I am able to influence my dreams, but only if it’s a calm one.

my first memory is when my dad took me to his friends auto repair shop, the repair shop was next to a railroad that was on a vertical hill with a brick wall on the side of the hill facing the shop. Our dad took us there so he could work on cars and take care of us at the same time (I enjoyed it because I liked the cars, and would like to watch the trains that would occasionally pass) So the memory starts when we were in the shop (the garage door completely open btw) and my dad was talking to his friend about car stuff when some fully naked guy ran past the garage door screaming about someone's wife (probably his wife). After about 2 minutes of screaming the guy left, after he was gone my dad's friend turned to me and my brother and said "Don't do drugs kids."

Charlie's memory being absolutely nothing is the same as mine. I thought it was pretty normal to not be able to remember anything past a few years until my friends in middle school would talk about elementary school or even younger than that and i couldn't remember anything at all. Now, it makes me kind of sad because i cant remember trips or important people unless there are pictures. Someone else could go on a trip and tell me about it and it would feel like i went on the trip myself because thats how bad my memory is. Im just glad to know I'm not alone :]

I used to always have dreams where my teeth is clenched closed so tightly that it started to fallout and crack and it freaked me the fuck out so I used my tongue and fingers to inch into the crevices of the teeth and unclench them which worked a lot of the times but the most frequent ones did not work. Like last year in one of my dreams during the summer, I had my clenched teeth dream and when I tried using my fingers to unclench my mouth, it kept trying to chomp down so I stuck my entire hand between the top and bottom teeth which was a big mistake because the teeth started to dig through the skin. Then I just started to hear cracking sounds and it was the bones of my hands being crushed by my teeth. After that, I woke up terrified at 3 in the morning inspecting my hands and teeth in the bathroom mirror.

I had a real dog when I was young named "Little girl" or "lil' girl" because we could not think of a name the first day of getting her and just called her that as a one-off thing as a way to refer to her and it just stuck as the days of not coming up with a name went on. Funny thing is that she was very much not little after the first year, she was a Rottweiler German Shepherd mix and got pretty big, lived until 2017~ at the ripe age of 14 still known as Little Girl

My aunt has a cat named Fat Cat cause they didn’t know what to call her They decided to buy a damn vineyard after my uncle’s land development company went under (it was hanging by a thread for like ten years with my dad as the literal only employee half the time) and when they moved in a fat calico cat with extra toes on all her paws showed up and just adopted them. She’s the friendliest and most beautiful cat I’ve ever met and people are always so amazed that she has little thumbs and when we had to cat sit her one winter she would greet my dad when he came home from work by jumping on his shoulder and riding on him. I’m half convinced she’s done kind of fae creature.
