Ours starts on Friday evening as well. We enjoy take out and have family night, sometimes it’s a game, other times it’s a movie. Saturday is a family day. We have a large breakfast and we often plan something out of the home whether it be a local park, the zoo, just something different and together. I also do my prep work at home for the weekend; make sure floors, garbages are done, laundry and dishes. Then we have our Sabbath dinner. I will make a big meal with a dessert. Sunday for us is our day of rest. Breakfast is packed to go on the road and then we’re at church from 8-2 usually. My kids do Sunday school before service, after service we have a potluck and fellowship time with our church community. When we get home, we often lounge around and read, play games together and rest. Dinner is leftovers from the night before. We do basic home maintenance but I really try to not do much housework on this day. And then in the evening, I make a special hot drink and enjoy it while I spend the evening planning for the week ahead. I love saving that for Sunday. Enjoyed your video as always. 💞

My daughter paid me the best compliment about a year ago. We were watching Pavarotti duet with another female singer. My daughter asked "Mommy, is that you??" 🤣 I could sing well back in the day, but now my voice is maintained entirely by singing to my kids.

Love all of this! You’re always just so inspiring to me :) Content idea: how to do the library and deter from twaddle 🤣 I mostly have just been doing book pick up. Do you have a strategy for saying no to books that are twaddle?

I love your videos, I'm so glad I found your channel. I have to say though, many christians seem not to realize this, but in Leviticus it clearly states that we are not to consume pork under any circumstances. If you take your faith seriously, as it seems you do, please look into this. God doesn't give us arbitrary rules, he only tells us what is best for us.
