Correction: I said during the video that the M-Hero 917 costs 600-700k RMB (~86-100k USD), but we've since learned that the price STARTS at 700k RMB and goes all the way to 1.6 million (231k USD). That means it really does compete directly with the Yangwang U8! Apologies for the fact that Will and I are nearly halfway out of the frame on those wide shots, will be sure to pay attention to that in the future. Also, we're getting the permanent background together as well, so in future we won't have that ugly window back there! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for having us on. Enjoyed the show and the “Big City!” We didn’t explain our BYD F0 reference for the BYD Seagull, but basically 10 years ago the BYD F0 was a small, very cheap city car that was absolute ubiquitous amongst youngsters in China. And the pricing of the BYD Seagull could perhaps see this cultish return to BYD that the BYD F0 enjoyed.

Looking for a first car in China. Any suggestions? Looking at Lynk&co only because every time I see them, my eyebrows go up, I'm swedish so have a soft spot for volvo, and I'm not made of money... Ill be driving 120km/day so a ev or hybrid might be a good deal (with lifelong batterychage). I'd love to know if leasing is a thing here in china?

Big fan of you guys! I just want to add that G6 is supposed to have 13.5 kWh/100km efficiency, which may beat even M3 and 20% better than MY.

That Zeekr X is an incredible value. Forget the ID.3, the AWD Zeekr X blows away the brand new BMW iX1 in pretty much every respect other than the badge on the front. People will be lining up to buy it in China.

Big fan of the Zeekr X. We always wanted a premium car that wasn't a full size sedan or a big SUV. Also the "second car" market is quite big in China and Zeekr owner that already have a 001 or 009 can know get an X too, because upper middle class would not want to get a BYD, or Aion ... Also not sure LinkCo is a "competitor" as they mostly do PHEV rather than BEV.

Perhaps competitor isn't the best word to use, but I still think that Geely is creating too many brands and it's going to backfire. Zeekr designs still aren't differentiated enough from Lynk & Co, nor is their branding. I just don't get why the Zeekr brand needs to exist in the first place.
