I think what they do is bring the bride to the groom's family's house (or maybe it's the other way around) on the rickshaw - they wouldn't actually have the ceremony on it. Not really sure if that really IS a rickshaw - the original item was human powered, and had two wheels (a carriage with two poles pointing forward for the rickshaw-wallah to hold on to). In Malaysia the pedal-powered ones were called "trishaws". This one looks very much like the "Bajaj" (pronounced "Bajay" for some reason) you see around Jakarta, and those were supposedly imported from India many years ago (most of them are pretty decrepit by now).

@@iskandartaib Yea in the old days,In KT,the pedal powered trishaws were called teksi.I used to tag along with my grandmother to the market on the teksi.Fun times trying to load the fish and vegetables onto the teksi lol Now the few of them that are left are mostly for the tourists and often times for ceremonial processions like weddings,birthdays and such.They are prettily decorated and equipped with a sound system,usually blasting off Hindi or Dangdut songs and they only frequent certain specified routes,usually starting and ending up in the beach area. If you are ever in KT you will see them in Batu Buruk beach area.

I Just watched your Vlog in Pakistan tour. And still watching others. I am not in Pakistan & missing my country. As Pakistani & being a Muslim, I just want to give you a very nice tip (regarding health & Stomach issues). Whenever you travel to any new place or country, try to eat "Onion" as your first meal or bite. (Onion must be local, where you are). It will boost your immunity & make your stomach more healthy to digest local food of that place. Wish you good & healthy life. And thanks for showing the real picture of Pakistan.
